Application Support & Test Engineer

Salary: £45,000 - 45,000 per year

Requirements:

• 2 years commercial software QA experience within a web-based environment
• 2 years experience in manual application testing
• Experience with defect tracking and bug management processes
• Strong technical documentation skills with excellent written English
• SQL
• Power BI
• API testing
• Automated testing experience with Playwright
• Business analysis and workflow/process design

Responsibilities:

• Support application testing and quality assurance activities
• Carry out manual application testing in a web-based environment
• Track and manage defects and bugs through the relevant processes
• Produce clear technical documentation
• Test SQL, Power BI, and APIs
• Contribute to automated testing using Playwright
• Support business analysis and workflow/process design activities
