IT Support Administrator (12 month contract)

Salary: £28,000 - 28,000 per year

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an IT Support, Service Desk or Technical Support role would be desirable
• Experience supporting Windows devices and Microsoft 365
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Great communication skills and a genuine desire to help people
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Experience working with ticketing systems
• The ability to prioritise and manage multiple requests
• A desire to bring ideas and challenge existing processes
• Experience with Microsoft Intune would be beneficial
• Experience with Entra ID / Active Directory would be beneficial
• Experience with SharePoint would be beneficial
• Experience with Dynamics 365 or Business Central would be beneficial
• ITIL or Microsoft certifications would be beneficial

Responsibilities:

• Provide first line IT support to colleagues across the business, both in-person and remotely
• Manage and progress support tickets through to resolution
• Support Microsoft 365, user accounts, permissions and access requests
• Administer joiners, movers and leavers processes
• Prepare and configure laptops, mobile devices and IT equipment
• Support device management through Microsoft Intune
• Assist with Dynamics 365, Business Central and other business applications
• Maintain asset registers, licence records and IT documentation
• Help to keep systems secure and compliant
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and user experience
