Operations Data Analyst

Salary: £46,000 - 83,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Aptitude for managing data and analysis
• Advanced Excel skills
• Knowledge of basic coding or an interest in learning
• Insurance exposure is beneficial but not essential

Responsibilities:

• Manage Europe Operations MI reporting, including designing and developing MI for reporting team performance, account processing statuses, Operations initiatives, implementation, and ad hoc reports
• Manage quality and audits, including planning and delivering the Operations client audit programme and coordinating external audits on behalf of Europe Operations
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, change management, and control by driving an innovative mindset, collaborating with stakeholders, and improving systems and processes
• Manage SOP documentation and training materials for Europe Operations
• Develop effective working relationships with colleagues across the organisation to meet client and internal customer needs
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the assigned client portfolio
• Update management reports and escalate any potential reporting issues when necessary
• Validate key reports before sharing them with internal stakeholders such as actuarial functions and finance
• Highlight any issues with client data or unusual data trends
