Dynamics 365 Delivery Manager

Salary: £55,000 - 95,000 per year

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in D365 delivery or project management, with hands-on exposure to both Customer Engagement and Business Central.
• Strong understanding of both Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Business Central, with the ability to manage delivery credibly across both platforms.
• Experience within a Microsoft Partner environment is essential.
• Proven track record running full implementation lifecycles, ideally using Microsoft Sure Step or a similar structured delivery methodology.
• Solid Agile/Scrum experience.
• Recognised project management credentials such as PRINCE2 or PMP would be an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management, commercial awareness, and communication skills.
• Must already hold the right to work in the UK and be based in the UK; we cannot consider candidates requiring visa sponsorship or based outside the UK.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the successful delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects across Customer Engagement and Business Central.
• Own project delivery end-to-end, from planning and resourcing through to go-live and beyond.
• Manage the full project lifecycle across concurrent D365 CE and BC implementations.
• Work closely with functional consultants, technical architects, and developers to keep delivery on track.
• Own project governance, RAID logs, resourcing, and stakeholder communication.
• Act as the escalation point for risks and issues, resolving them before they impact delivery.
• Manage client relationships and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support pre-sales and scoping activity where needed, helping shape realistic, deliverable proposals.
