Founding Product Engineer (C# / React / AI)

Salary: £57,000 - 97,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience building modern web applications from scratch
• Experience shipping products from concept to production
• Product-focused software engineering experience
• Experience working directly with customers or business stakeholders
• Experience with rapid prototyping and MVP development
• Experience using AI-native development tools such as Claude Code
• Experience with modern cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Experience with C#/.NET and React is highly advantageous
• Experience with MongoDB is a bonus, but not essential

Responsibilities:

• Build a brand-new Commercial Management platform from scratch
• Work closely with customers to understand real-world challenges
• Rapidly prototype and iterate based on feedback
• Design scalable software that becomes part of an established SaaS platform
• Influence product direction and technical architecture
• Champion AI-native engineering practices throughout development
