Software Asset Management Analyst

Salary: £130,000 - 149,500 per year

Requirements:

• We require proven Software Asset Management (SAM) experience.
• We require strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro.
• We require experience managing software renewals, licences, entitlements and contracts.
• We require strong data analysis, reconciliation and stakeholder management skills.
• Financial Services experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities:

• We manage software renewals end-to-end, including licence analysis, stakeholder engagement, approvals, purchase orders and renewal confirmation.
• We maintain accurate software contracts, entitlements, applications and asset records within ServiceNow SAM Pro.
• We analyse licence usage to identify optimisation, compliance and cost-saving opportunities.
• We support application ownership and Ageas/esure integration activity.
• We reconcile contracts, invoices, quotes and supplier data to support renewal governance.
• We provide guidance to junior analysts and produce reporting on renewals, risks and optimisation.

We are offering a 3-month initial contract for an experienced Software Asset Management Analyst, working on a hybrid basis in Eastleigh with 1-2 days per week onsite. The day rate is £500-£575 per day via umbrella, depending on experience.
