Senior GenAI Platform Engineer

Salary: £55,000 - 95,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are seeking a Senior GenAI Platform Engineer with the following qualifications:
• Proven experience working with an object-oriented programming language (Python, Go, etc.).
• Familiarity with GenAI technologies such as MCP, A2A, Langgraph, LlamaIndex, Pydantic AI, OpenAI APIs, and SDKs.
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, a similar field of study, or equivalent work experience.
• A solid understanding of Computer Science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms.
• An honest approach to problem-solving and the ability to collaborate effectively with peers, stakeholders, and management.

Responsibilities:

• As a Senior GenAI Platform Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:
• Architecting, building, and diagnosing multi-tenant GenAI platform systems.
• Working closely with GenAI application teams to design seamless workflows for continuous model training, inference, and monitoring.
• Interfacing with GenAI experts to understand workflows, identify inefficiencies, and provide insights for future platform features.
• Collaborating with open-source communities and GenAI application teams to create a cohesive development experience.
• Troubleshooting and debugging user issues.
• Providing operational and user-facing documentation.
