Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Salary: £43,000 - 83,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong VMware experience
• Strong RHEL experience
• Senior-level infrastructure engineering experience
• Experience with automation and workflow development
• Experience with one or more of the following: Java, Python, PowerShell, Bash
• Experience with one or more of the following tools: GitLab, Jenkins, DockerX, VMware, Ansible
• Experience with UNIX or RHEL operating systems
• Ability to hold or be eligible for a high level of UK Security Vetting

• Work across multiple teams to enhance the user experience and delivery of critical, high-availability applications
• Develop and automate workflows
• Contribute to complex digital projects aligned to UK Defence and the Public Sector
• Support delivery into Central Government customers

We are working closely with a UK defence agency to build out our Infrastructure Engineering team. This is a unique and challenging opportunity for ambitious and creative engineers to develop their professional skills and career while delivering complex digital projects aligned to UK Defence and the Public Sector.
