Job Description

Salary: £41,000 - 81,000 per year

Requirements:
  • Professional fluency in German and English, with the ability to deliver technical training and answer questions confidently in both languages
  • Strong practical knowledge of IT and cybersecurity fundamentals, including enterprise networking, common network protocols, network and endpoint security, cloud environments, identity, email security, threats and vulnerabilities, security monitoring, threat detection, incident response, security operations, and SIEM concepts
  • Demonstrable experience delivering technical training, workshops, product education, or classroom instruction to professional audiences
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, structured, and engaging learning experiences
  • Confidence delivering demonstrations, practical exercises, and scenario-based training
  • Comfort managing a regular schedule of virtual and in-person training sessions
  • Strong organisational skills, including session preparation, learner administration, and follow-up
  • Ability to work independently while following established curricula, delivery standards, and operational processes
  • Willingness to travel within the DACH region and occasionally across EMEA
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver learning experiences through classroom, virtual, e-learning, and on-demand formats
  • Deliver instructor-led training and certification programs
  • Develop educational technologies
  • Contribute to all aspects of operating our global cyber defense education service
  • Deliver training remotely and onsite, with occasional international travel
