Power Apps Developer (Power BI Specialism)

Salary: £70,000 - 110,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require strong Power Platform skills, including Power Pages experience.
• We require deep experience in Power Apps app logic, formulas, and UI/UX design.
• We require advanced knowledge of Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, and data visualisations.
• We require PL-600 certification.
• We require proven expertise in data modelling, ETL processes, and relational database concepts.
• We require the ability to troubleshoot and tune performance for slow-running reports or laggy applications.
• We require a solid understanding of Power Automate for triggering logic and connecting services.
• We require strong Power Platform skills and one of the following certifications: PL-900, PL-200, PL-400, or PL-600.
• We require the ability to have or be willing to go through Security Clearance.
• We require completion of a Baseline Personnel Security Standard as part of onboarding.

Responsibilities:

• We design and deploy end-to-end Power Apps solutions, including Canvas and Model-Driven apps.
• We build complex Power BI dashboards.
• We build robust data models and DAX measures to support business intelligence requirements.
• We integrate Power Platform solutions with data sources such as SQL, Dataverse, SharePoint, APIs, and other Microsoft 365 services.
• We ensure our solutions meet strict performance benchmarks and data best-practice standards for security, usability, and maintainability.
• We act as the technical lead for data architecture and app logic.
• We provide guidance on what is possible within the Power Platform ecosystem.
• We participate in our hiring process, including application review, phone screen, technical interview, pair programming exercise, and final interview.
