PDQ Deployment Specialist
Job Description
Salary: £60,000 - 100,000 per year
Requirements:- Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field
- Knowledge of Autodesk applications
- Experience using deployment and inventory tools such as PDQ and SCCM
- Strong knowledge of Windows environments, including Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2019, and basic knowledge of iOS
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multicultural, geographically distributed team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Maintain and support engineering IT services to keep systems operational and aligned with end-user requirements
- Manage software deployment activities, including building, testing, and debugging application packages for future releases
- Handle support tickets involving incident resolution and problem management
