Lead Network Strategy Analyst

Salary: £64,000 - 104,000 per year

Requirements:

• Were looking for a curious problem-solver with strong analytical thinking, sound judgement and confidence working with data while seeing the bigger picture.
• We value the ability to influence others through clear, evidence-based recommendations, collaborate effectively, adapt when priorities shift and challenge thinking constructively.
• Youll need a numerate degree or equivalent analytical experience.
• Youll need a strong understanding of airline economics and aviation commercial drivers.
• Were looking for knowledge of the British Airways network, fleet and operational considerations, and awareness of competitor and partner airline networks.
• Youll bring experience analysing data, developing clear recommendations, and developing and delivering presentations to senior leaders.

Responsibilities:

• Develop network strategies that support our long-term business planning and growth.
• Analyse route and network performance to identify trends, opportunities and risks.
• Turn complex analysis into compelling recommendations for senior leaders.
• Monitor market demand, competitor activity and customer behaviour to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate across British Airways, IAG and partner teams to support network development.
• Help shape connectivity and planning strategies for our Heathrow hub.
