Salary: £65,000 - 105,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• We provide organizational responsibility for a major segment of Technology Architecture.
• We work with senior leadership across Technology and Business to develop architecture priorities and direction that enable business imperatives.
• We provide strong thought leadership in support of modern architecture principles and technology modernization.
• We drive continuous technology transformation to minimize technical debt.
• We build partnerships with senior software engineering leadership.
• We identify opportunities to capitalize on technology advances by analyzing key industry and technology trends.
• We define and lead technology proof of concepts to ensure the feasibility of new technology architecture solutions.
• We define target-state technology architecture and roadmaps.
• We ensure alignment of IT initiatives with the target state.
• We build strong partnerships with engineering to align skills with technology direction.
• We prepare and deliver comprehensive communications to explain architectural direction and its alignment with enterprise strategy.
• We optimize talent strategy to ensure the right mix of resources and attract and recruit top talent.
• We continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the architecture.
• We perform other duties as assigned.
