Trainee Software Tester & Administrator

Salary: £23,333 - 23,333 per year

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A willingness to learn new systems, technologies and processes.
• A proactive, reliable and enthusiastic approach to work.
• The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Candidates must be able to work on site in Spalding and commute daily.
• Candidates should be located in the local area and available for an immediate start.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the testing of business software applications.
• Accurately record, log and report software defects and issues.
• Support the administration and maintenance of software testing documentation.
• Update spreadsheets, reports and internal records.
• Liaise with the development team regarding testing outcomes and reported issues.
• Carry out general office administration duties.
• Assist with data entry and document management.
• Provide administrative support to the wider team as required.
• Answer the phone.
