Senior Business Analyst Consultant

Salary: £55,000 - 60,000 per year

Requirements:

• At least 5–6 years experience in an IT-oriented environment
• Proven track record leading and delivering complex, technical, business-critical projects
• Experience with delivery methodologies such as Agile, Lean, SDLC, and Kanban
• Experience across the product development lifecycle
• Strong facilitation skills, including engaging stakeholders and encouraging collaboration in workshops and discussions
• Ability to support Product Owners in ensuring solutions deliver clear organisational value
• Ability to build strong client relationships and manage stakeholders at all levels
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available

Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, manage change, and challenge business requirements appropriately
• Gather requirements, including As-Is and To-Be analysis
• Conduct one-to-one customer interviews and facilitate workshops
• Create and maintain process flow diagrams, business requirements, and project documentation
• Review process and functional efficiency and recommend improvements
• Define, document, and manage business and systems requirements
• Produce progress reports for stakeholders
• Conduct project reviews, health checks, and process assessments
• Support the design, testing, and implementation of new processes and system requirements
• Lead the shaping, delivery, and embedding of business and technical change across client projects
