Desk Side Support Engineer

Salary: £25,900 - 25,900 per year

Responsibilities:

• Provide a single point of contact for internal colleagues reporting IT-related incidents
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues at the first level to minimise downtime for colleagues
• Gather technical information and assess business impact to help support teams resolve incidents effectively
