Senior Product Owner

Salary: £55,000 - 95,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong experience in Product Ownership or Product Management, with hands-on capability across discovery, prioritisation, delivery and post-launch improvement
• Practical experience playing a significant role in taking at least one AI or Generative AI product, including an LLM-based solution, from discovery through to production in an enterprise environment
• Practical understanding of AI and Generative AI gained through delivery experience, with the confidence to translate business problems into appropriate AI opportunities and work effectively with technical specialists
• Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders and explain complex concepts clearly
• Comfort operating in ambiguity, coordinating across multiple teams and maintaining momentum from discovery through delivery and adoption
• Strong analytical and outcome-focused approach, using data, product metrics and user feedback to inform prioritisation, measure impact and drive continuous iteration

Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior stakeholders across commercial and customer-focused functions to shape and prioritise AI opportunities that drive growth and customer value
• Lead hands-on discovery to define user problems, identify opportunities and develop AI use cases with clear, measurable outcomes
• Own and manage a prioritised AI portfolio and roadmap, balancing impact, feasibility, speed to value and risk
• Turn opportunities into actionable plans and work with specialist teams to move AI solutions from concept through production, adoption and ongoing iteration
• Support delivery of lightweight AI and automation solutions using configurable and low-code tools where appropriate
• Drive adoption and value realisation through stakeholder engagement, training, measurement and continuous improvement
