Schemes Developer

Salary: £52,000 - 92,000 per year

Requirements:

• A strong understanding of the schemes and delegated authority market
• A sales mentality; this is a business development role first and foremost
• Commercial drive and market knowledge
• Comfortable working in a building phase without an existing team around us
• Based in the South, with the ability to travel to London regularly

Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and onboard schemes business, with an initial focus on smaller, efficient schemes in the 100k-250k range
• Work closely with our internal underwriting team and capacity provider to bring new delegated facilities to market
• Build relationships with brokers and scheme operators across the UK
• Contribute to the long-term strategy for the schemes function as the portfolio grows
