Product AI Engineer

Salary: £63,000 - 103,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven experience building automations or integrations using no-code/low-code platforms such as n8n, Make or Zapier.
• Working grasp of REST APIs, webhooks and JSON, with the ability to wire systems together and debug failing integrations.
• Experience integrating an LLM API into organisational workflows at scale, building solutions that central processes can depend on.
• Ability to move fast and deliver given a clear direction, without constant oversight.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.
• Builder mindset: energised by building rather than scope definition or brief writing.
• Low ego, high output: focused on execution and results.
• Genuine excitement about AI and curiosity about what is possible.
• Curiosity to explore new tools and quickly pick up new platforms when needed.
• Reliability: able to document work, flag blockers early, and build systems that keep working at scale.

Responsibilities:

• Build purpose-built AI agents for specific product processes based on clear briefs.
• Turn concepts into working custom AI and LLM applications, automations, integrations and tools for internal teams.
• Own the agents you ship by connecting the right data sources, designing prompts, validating outputs, and ensuring reliability at scale.
• Develop solutions that are deeply integrated into operational workflows rather than quick hacks.
• Administer and maintain the product teams shared tooling platforms so they remain configured, documented and reliable.
