MAXIMO Configuration Lead

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Functional Consultant with IBM Maximo Application Suite, preferably Maximo v9
• Strong hands-on configuration experience across Work Management, Assets, Inventory, and Procurement
• Experience configuring workflows, escalations, security groups, and business rules
• Background supporting BAU/Application Support environments, including incident and change activity
• Understanding of software lifecycle and change control processes
• Familiarity with Remedy or Jira
• Ability to work within secure, access-controlled environments and follow strict data protection, security, and compliance standards

Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain IBM Maximo Application Suite modules against business requirements
• Support day-to-day application operations as part of our Application Support function
• Manage incidents, service requests, and problem tickets in line with SLAs
• Translate business needs into functional configurations, including workflows and automation
• Build and refine workflows, escalations, security groups, domains, business rules, and UI components
• Carry out impact assessments for change requests, enhancements, releases, patches, and upgrades
• Support testing and validation for releases and improvements
• Collaborate with technical teams, developers, and third-party vendors when needed
• Maintain system documentation, configuration records, and support procedures
• Provide user support, guidance, and knowledge transfer where required
