AI Senior Solutions Architect, Global Adv Services

Salary: £62,000 - 102,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven success building, deploying, and maintaining complex AI/ML solutions.
• Experience with modern AI frameworks such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or LangChain.
• Experience with cloud-native AI platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Deep technical capability in structuring data platforms, data pipelines, and high-throughput distributed systems such as Spark or Kafka, optimized for performance and scalability.
• Exceptional ability to bridge deep technical engineering and strategic business needs.
• Strong bias for execution and experimentation in ambiguous environments.
• Ability to design cost-effective, high-impact technical architectures.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop end-to-end AI/ML solution patterns, robust data pipelines, and model architectures that integrate with our core enterprise offerings.
• Spearhead high-impact MVPs and Proofs of Concept for strategic global customer engagements.
• Rapidly move experimental AI models into scalable, commercially viable production environments.
• Translate ambiguous customer requirements into high-performance, cost-effective AI solutions.
• Directly influence services growth and high-value deal success.
• Define organization-wide best practices for the AI model lifecycle, data governance, and responsible AI usage.
• Collaborate closely with Enterprise Architects, Engineering, Sales, product, delivery, and cross-functional teams toward a unified technical vision.
