Lead Consultant Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud UK

Salary: £24,000 - 59,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require 12+ years of experience implementing Oracle Fusion HCM for Payroll and OTL modules in the UK.
• We require proficiency in UK Payroll, Pension, and OTL processes.
• We require hands-on experience with Oracle Global Payroll/OTL Cloud for UK public sector clients.
• We require knowledge of HCM technical tools, including HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulae, and Payroll Batch Loader.
• We require the ability to communicate complex technology solutions to technical, business, and management teams.
• We require experience leading customer discussions on integrations, data migrations, and reports related to Payroll, OTL, and other modules.
• We require knowledge and experience across the full SDLC lifecycle.
• We prefer strong release planning and delivery planning skills.
• We prefer excellent problem-solving skills.
• We prefer experience coaching and mentoring team members, with experience managing 5+ team members.
• We prefer experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies.
• We value high analytical skills, high customer orientation, and high quality awareness.

Responsibilities:

• We lead and execute the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM, with a focus on Payroll and OTL modules for UK clients.
• We support the ongoing implementation and support of Oracle Fusion HCM modules for UK public sector clients.
• We conduct System Integration Testing, support User Acceptance Testing, Payroll Parallel Reconciliation (PPR), and hyper care.
• We use HCM technical tools such as HDL, HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulae, and Payroll Batch Loader.
• We translate complex technical solutions into clear insights for technical, business, and management audiences.
• We lead customer discussions on integrations, data migrations, and reports related to Payroll, OTL, and other relevant modules.
• We apply knowledge across the full SDLC, including CRPs/playback sessions, training content preparation, and training delivery.
• We prepare status reports with RAG, highlight risks and mitigations, and maintain the RAID log.
• We coach and mentor team members.
