Salary: £35,000 - 52,500 per year

Requirements:
  • We are looking for experience serving as a functional expert for Employee Central and Time Off & Time Tracking modules.
  • We are looking for experience leading a workstream and/or supporting the design, configuration, testing and deployment of EC and Time Off & Time Tracking functionality.
  • We are looking for experience working with clients to gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into solution designs and configuration.
  • We are looking for experience configuring workflows, business rules, permissions, compensation templates and eligibility rules according to best practices.
  • We are looking for experience supporting data migration, integrations to Payroll, Finance and Talent modules, and security design as part of the overall solution.
  • We are looking for experience producing high-quality functional specifications, design documents and end-user documentation.
  • We are looking for experience participating in client workshops, presentations and training sessions.
  • We are looking for the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, efficient solutions.
  • We are looking for experience providing guidance to junior consultants and supporting knowledge transfer within the team.
  • We are looking for an experienced consultant with strong hands-on SAP SuccessFactors knowledge in Employee Central and Compensation modules.
  • We are looking for a proven track record of delivering at least 2–3 full lifecycle implementations of EC and/or Compensation.
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Off certifications are essential.
  • We are looking for strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with comfort working with both business and technical teams.
  • We are looking for the ability to manage project scope, timelines and resources effectively.
  • Exposure to integrations, data migration and reporting is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the functional expert for Employee Central and Time Off & Time Tracking modules.

  • Participate in client workshops, presentations and training sessions.

  • Provide guidance to junior consultants and support knowledge transfer within the team.
  • Support business development efforts, including pre-sales activities, proposal creation and solution presentations to prospective clients.
  • Stay up to date on the latest trends in AI and HR technology, leveraging these innovations to drive value for clients.
  • Manage project scope, timelines and resources effectively.
