Dynamics CRM Application Support Developer
Job Description
Salary: £38,000 - 42,000 per year
Requirements:- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM in a development, configuration or application support role.
- Experience providing first and second-line application support.
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 configuration, customisation and administration.
- Experience with C#, JavaScript, Microsoft Dataverse and the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
- Experience using Azure DevOps and working within Agile environments would be an advantage.
- Support the day-to-day running and ongoing development of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
- Develop, configure and enhance Dynamics 365 CRM functionality.
- Build and maintain plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows and web resources.
- Provide first and second-line support, resolving CRM issues and supporting colleagues across the organisation.
- Help manage system releases, testing and deployments.
- Contribute to integrations with other business systems.
- Maintain technical documentation and support continuous improvement of our CRM environment.
- Work closely with colleagues and external partners to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions.

We are looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM Application Support Developer to join our CRM team on a 6-month fixed term contract in Cookham, working hybrid with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote each week.
