Requirements:- Full and proven knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Intune
- Strong communication skills and the ability to respond effectively to urgent requests and escalations in a corporate IT environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of IP networking concepts including DHCP, DNS, and general networking principles
- Support the timely onboarding, deployment, and IT setup for new hires, including software and hardware
- Support new hires with requests and problems, and ensure new laptops, headsets, and other equipment are successfully up and running
- Deliver high-quality, customer-focused technical support via phone, email, remote tools, and onsite assistance
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and application issues at the first point of contact where possible

This is a 3-month contract with the potential to extend, working Monday to Friday, five days in the office, at a rate of £225-£250 per day outside IR35.
