Aufgaben
- Beratung unserer Kund:innen in den Bereichen Enterprise Linux, Hochverfügbarkeits-Cluster, Monitoring und Data Center Automation
- Durchführung eigenverantwortlicher Projekte bei unseren Kund:innen (Planung und Umsetzung)
- Erstellung technischer Dokumentation
- Betreuung von Kund:innen in der Pre-Sales-Phase in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Sales-Team
- Präsentation von Ergebnissen bei Kund:innen sowie auf Konferenzen
Qualifikation
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Linux-Server (RHEL, SLES und Debian) Erfahrung mit Foreman und Katello
- Erfahrung mit Konfigurationsmanagement (z.B. Ansible und Puppet)
Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Bash und Python - Grundlegendes Verständnis für Containerisierung (z.B. Docker, podman, kubernetes)
- Fähigkeit, Ergebnisse zielgruppengerecht aufzubereiten und vorzustellen
Sicheres, selbstbewusstes und gleichzeitig freundliches Auftreten - Selbständiges Erkennen anfallender Aufgaben und zuverlässige Bearbeitung
Aktive Berufserfahrung in der IT-Branche, bevorzugt mit Kundenkontakt, ist wünschenswert - Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
