Founder's Associate (GTM/Sales)

About the Role

A fast-growing, seed-stage B2B SaaS startup in the AI customer support space is looking for a Founder's Associate (GTM/Sales) based in Munich. You'll work directly alongside the CEO to test and execute go-to-market strategies, run outbound campaigns, and drive early commercial traction. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role at a small team where your work will directly shape how the company scales — with AI-enabled processes at the core of everything you do.

The company builds an AI support agent designed specifically for B2B teams handling complex, technical customer support. The product integrates with tools like Zendesk, Jira, and Slack to automate ticket resolution and supercharge human agent efficiency.

No visa sponsorship is available for this role. Candidates must be located in Munich or willing to relocate. On-site presence is required.

What You'll Do

• Own frontline outreach — craft smart outbound campaigns, generate targeted lead lists, and reach out via email, LinkedIn, and calls to book discovery calls.

• Lead and participate in discovery calls, qualify high-potential leads, and guide them through the trial experience.

• Establish and manage shared communication channels with prospects and customers.

• Experiment with and explore new growth channels, taking full ownership of initiatives end-to-end.

• Track every step of the pipeline and continuously improve conversion rates.

• Leverage AI tools to the maximum extent across all responsibilities and actively help build AI-native internal processes, always exploring what's possible with the current state of AI.

What We're Looking For

Must-haves:

• Native-level fluency in German — this is a firm requirement.

• Hands-on experience with CRM tools and outbound sales workflows, including pipeline tracking and reporting.

• Proven experience in go-to-market strategy development and execution within a startup environment.

• Experience crafting and running outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phone.

• Strong ownership mindset — you take initiative, hold yourself accountable, and thrive in a small, fast-moving team.

• Genuine enthusiasm for using AI and LLMs in day-to-day work to drive leverage and efficiency.

• Based in Munich or willing to relocate; on-site work is required.

Nice to have:

• Background at a B2B SaaS or AI/customer support company (e.g. experience with tools like Zendesk, Intercom, Freshworks, Salesforce, or similar).

• A track record of impressive results from past roles or side projects that you're excited to share.

• Demonstrated ability to keep pushing for improvement and iterate quickly on outreach and conversion strategies.

Location

This is a fully on-site role in Munich, Germany. Candidates must be based in Munich or willing to relocate. Visa sponsorship is not available.
