Creative Media Design Advisor

Salary: £40,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements:

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and other industry-standard design tools
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility, and high-quality visual storytelling
• Experience managing, protecting, and evolving a corporate brand
• Ability to manage stakeholders, develop creative briefs, and deliver through external agencies and suppliers
• Hands-on experience in photography, videography, and content editing
• Ability to develop creative concepts and direct content production, either personally or through agencies and production partners
• Applicants must achieve Baseline Personnel Security Standard
• Many roles require higher levels of National Security Vetting, depending on the vetting level required for the role

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of our visual identity and shape how our brand is seen across digital, print, and events
• Work with internal stakeholders and external creative partners to bring ideas to life through design, photography, video, and content
• Design and produce creative assets for digital, print, and events
• Evolve our visual identity, brand guidelines, and creative assets
• Ensure all creative output reflects our brand, personality, and tone of voice
• Identify, brief, and manage agencies and creative partners to deliver creative and video content
• Create presentations, branded materials, and event collateral
• Build and manage creative processes, asset libraries, licensing, and content production activities
