CRM Implementation Programme Manager

Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require 10+ years delivering enterprise software programmes, including 5+ years running multi-workstream transformations.
• We require proven ownership of large-scale technology programmes in the £5m-£50m range.
• We require strong experience delivering Salesforce, Dynamics 365 or similar CRM implementations, including roadmap dependencies, custom development and complex acceptance governance.
• We require deep integration experience across legacy, bespoke and third-party platforms.
• We require heavy data migration and cutover experience in complex legacy environments.
• We require proven leadership of multiple PMs and large cross-functional delivery teams.
• We require elite programme governance capability.
• We require C-suite and board-level communication experience.
• We require strong commercial judgement across suppliers, partners and contracts.
• We require the ability to lead business and organisational change alongside technology delivery.
• We require gravitas, clarity, resilience and the ability to make tough calls under pressure.
• We require experience of multiple methodologies, including Agile, and the ability to implement an approach that is fit for purpose.
• We require a willingness to work in our London and Milton Keynes offices 50% of the time, with the rest remote.
• We require the ability to start within 4 weeks.

Responsibilities:

• We take full ownership of a mission-critical Salesforce or SaaS CRM implementation, with accountability for the integrated plan, governance, controls and outcomes.
• We lead interdependent workstreams across CRM deployment, accelerated software development, integrations, data migration, testing, readiness and business change.
• We run rapid discovery to expose gaps and set a credible delivery baseline quickly.
• We oversee complex integrations across legacy, bespoke and third-party systems.
• We manage high-volume, multi-system data migration with a focus on quality, reconciliation and business continuity.
• We maintain a disciplined programme cadence across senior PMs, architects, engineers and business leads.
• We provide executive-level steering, present the truth and secure decisions that unblock progress.
• We manage governance, including RAID, dependencies, change control, financials, resource planning, supplier management and benefits tracking.
• We keep the delivery engine productive, aligned and resilient through programme turbulence.
• We blend enterprise CRM implementation, agile development and organisational transformation while maintaining control.
• We drive continuous improvement to improve delivery quality and eliminate repeat mistakes.
