PLM Engineer

Salary: £50,000 - 50,000 per year

Requirements:

• Significant experience working with enterprise PLM platforms and engineering data management solutions
• Deep understanding of product lifecycle processes, configuration management, engineering change control, and product data governance
• Experience designing, implementing, and supporting PLM solutions in a manufacturing, engineering, or product development environment
• Strong understanding of systems integration principles and enterprise architecture
• Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives and influence stakeholders across multiple functions
• Knowledge of the ARAS Innovator PLM system
• Development skills using Visual Basic or C#
• SQL

Responsibilities:

• We act as the technical authority and subject matter expert for our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) environment
• We define the strategic direction, architecture, governance, and continuous improvement of our PLM capabilities
• We support PLM configuration management processes
• We support PLM rollout testing
• We train end users on our PLM system
• We configure the PLM system to suit our business needs
• We create packages for deployment
• We provide SME administration for the system
• We develop business reports from within the system
• We provide advice and support to help shape the future PLM roadmap
• We monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to inform future PLM strategy
