10x Team connects freelance professionals with leading AI labs to develop next-generation AI models. We are seeking senior operations professionals based in the EU or UK to ensure AI-generated operational workflows and decisioning are accurate, relevant, and grounded in industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and enhance AI-generated content on operations strategy, process optimization, and resource management

• Assess the accuracy, industry-relevance, and practical viability of AI-driven operational scenarios and recommendations

• Develop example operational cases, process improvement scenarios, and risk management exercises based on your industry experience

• Create multiple scenario variations reflecting perspectives of operations managers, team leads, and stakeholders

• Identify gaps or flawed assumptions in AI outputs and provide clear, actionable feedback

Your role will directly influence how AI understands, reasons, and advises on effective, nuanced operations strategies.

About You:

• Senior operations leader or manager (e.g., VP Operations, Head of Operations, Operations Director) with a proven track record in operational excellence

• Based in the EU or UK

• Demonstrated expertise in developing and reviewing operations strategies, optimizing processes, and managing high-performing operations teams

• Highly organized and skilled at providing direct, constructive feedback

• Available 8–20 hours per week and reliable in communications

NOTE

At 10x, there are two types of opportunities:

1. Traditional freelance missions
These are regular project-based opportunities where the listed mission is the actual project you may work on.

2. AI Lab roles
For AI Lab roles, we scout, review, and approve profiles for access to future project opportunities.

The missions listed for AI Lab roles are not traditional job openings. AI Lab work is often highly confidential as this exposes information of what an AI Lab is working on, and project requests are unpredictable. When an AI Lab request comes in, we often need to respond within 24 hours with suitable talent.

Matching depends on the specific needs of each AI Lab project and your niche expertise. Once your profile is reviewed and approved, you may be matched to relevant AI Lab projects when suitable opportunities arise.

This can happen within hours, but it may also take months, depending on the researchers at the AI labs and their project needs.

Compensation: €109 – €157 per hour
