User Experience Designer

Salary: £43,000 - 83,000 per year

• We value experience using Figma to create dynamic wireframes and translate concepts into prototypes.
• We look for someone who can evaluate and recommend multiple design options, taking into account performance, security, usability, and accessibility requirements.

Responsibilities:

• We champion user-centred design and proactively apply multiple tools and methodologies to anticipate and tackle design blockers.
• We act as a skill or knowledge expert in a specific design discipline for our team and the wider business, including upskilling others.
• We lead discovery workshops with users to capture product feedback and support user research.
• We create dynamic wireframes in Figma, reflecting UX design principles, and present them to customers to articulate our ideas.
• We translate concepts into prototypes and improve designs from user feedback or evaluation.
• We evaluate and recommend multiple design options, taking into account performance, security, usability, and accessibility requirements.
• We take ownership of design tasks and actively enable the team through our growing expertise.
