Technical Product Specialist

Salary: £200,000 - 250,000 per year

Requirements:

• A bachelors degree in Computer Science, a similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience working with technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, XML, and HTTP protocols, or customer-facing experience as a Technical Consultant, Support, Engineer, or Product Manager working with internal or external customers
• Analytical experience solving problems using data and providing actionable product insights
• Experience operating within support ticketing platforms such as Jira, Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Salesforce
• 2+ years of experience in ad tech or digital technology fields
• Experience driving technical implementation with advertising or software products, working directly with clients technical teams
• A track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product Marketing Managers, Product Managers, and Sales

Responsibilities:

• Provide both pre- and post-sales implementation and advertising support to our top advertisers
• Balance customer service with technical know-how to assist businesses with product issues
• Specialize in Signals, Measurement, and API monetization product pillars
• Work closely with in-market sales and product teams
• Help design and scale support processes to resolve technical issues within our product
• Collaborate in a high-growth environment and influence partners through self-motivation and strong prioritization
