Target Systems Analyst

Salary: £50,000 - 90,000 per year

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as an all-source military capabilities analyst
• Experience working with multiple intelligence agencies and elements to build consensus and drive production
• Experience analyzing and breaking down complex systems
• Experience producing and presenting written long-form intelligence products
• Experience as a target system or targeting analyst
• Knowledge of analytic tradecraft, including critical thinking and structured analysis
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelors degree
• Experience analyzing military capabilities in the European Theater
• Knowledge of the Joint Targeting Cycle and the Joint Planning Process

Responsibilities:

• Develop intelligence products and analytical assessments that study the complexity of adversarial systems within the USEUCOM AOR
• Support MILCAP issues with a specific focus on target system analysis, target development, or all-source analytical work related to applying specific analytical methodologies to system analysis
• Validate information and apply client tradecraft while building assessments for clients and policymakers
• Grow expertise in ground-specific intelligence and share methodologies with other professionals
• Collaborate as part of a team to deliver support to customers
• Provide the right information at the right time to support the critical needs of clients

The projected compensation range for this full-time position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 annually. The role is based in Cambridgeshire, and our work model may be remote, hybrid, or onsite depending on the position requirements.
