Solutions Architect

Salary: £52,000 - 92,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for 5+ years in Solutions Architecture, Technical Consulting, or Pre-Sales within a SaaS environment.
• We need strong project and stakeholder management across multiple workstreams.
• We are looking for hands-on experience working with APIs, workflows, or integrations.
• We need excellent storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and executive teams.
• We are looking for a commercial mindset, understanding how architecture drives adoption, retention, and expansion.
• We need proven experience building scalable frameworks, architectures, or delivery models.
• We value curiosity, initiative, and a builder mentality, with comfort navigating ambiguity in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities:

• We lead customer implementations end-to-end, ensuring adoption, measurable outcomes, and long-term scalability.
• We design architectures that map our capabilities to high-value customer use cases.
• We partner with Sales on solution scoping, proposals, API demos, and deal strategy.
• We build proofs of concept to demonstrate what is possible and accelerate customer buy-in.
• We create playbooks, frameworks, and integration patterns that help us scale how we deliver value.
• We act as a trusted advisor to technical and business stakeholders, including VP- and C-level audiences.
• We collaborate with Product and Engineering to bring the voice of the customer into platform evolution.
• We contribute to platform thinking, helping shape how we scale our product ecosystem.
