Salary: £62,400 - 72,800 per year

Requirements:

• Proven experience in SharePoint development and administration.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
• A proactive mindset with a genuine desire to understand existing processes, identify improvements, and continuously develop knowledge.
• Experience supporting business-critical SharePoint environments.

Responsibilities:

• Provide SharePoint administration and technical support, resolving incidents and troubleshooting issues.
• Manage change requests and ensure the smooth operation of existing SharePoint environments.
• Support the development and enhancement of IT Service Management (ITSM) and project management tools built on SharePoint.
• Deliver SharePoint-based solutions to support wider business projects and process improvements.
• Work on the integration of business systems and tools into the SharePoint platform.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and contribute to the continuous enhancement of SharePoint services.
• Collaborate with IT colleagues and business stakeholders to deliver effective SharePoint solutions.

More:

We are hiring a SharePoint Developer on an initial 12-month contract basis. The role is based in Peterborough and requires 3 days per week onsite, with flexibility around the remaining days. You will work as part of our wider IT team and cross-regional Service Delivery function, acting as the SharePoint Subject Matter Expert while supporting day-to-day operations and driving improvements to business-critical SharePoint solutions and processes. We also partner with businesses across the UK to recruit talent across Finance, Marketing, IT and Engineering.
