Service Management Lead (Cloud Services)

Salary: £36,000 - 60,000 per year

Requirements:

• Technology Service Management or Cloud Operations leadership experience
• Experience with Kubernetes, including GKE and/or AKS
• Experience with API platforms such as Apigee or Azure APIM
• Strong knowledge of ITIL Service Management
• Experience with Major Incident management and Service Governance
• Experience working with Platform Engineering and SRE teams
• Strong stakeholder and executive management skills
• Experience driving service improvement, SLAs, SLOs, and KPIs

• Lead cloud service management for a large-scale cloud transformation programme
• Take ownership of critical cloud platform services
• Drive service excellence across modern cloud technologies
• Work closely with engineering, SRE, and senior business stakeholders
• Support operational excellence across complex enterprise cloud environments

We are supporting one of our key clients on a 6-12 month contract for a Cloud Service Management Lead based anywhere in the UK on a hybrid basis. This is an opportunity to lead critical cloud platform services within a large-scale cloud transformation programme, with an excellent day rate available. We work closely with engineering, SRE, and senior business stakeholders and are looking for someone who enjoys driving operational excellence across modern cloud technologies.
