Service Design Lead

Salary: £125,000 - 150,000 per year

Requirements:

• Extensive service design and process improvement experience.
• Proven experience within large-scale transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience leading teams and building high-performing cultures.
• Expertise in end-to-end service design, process mapping, and operating model design.
• BPMN experience is desirable.
• Active SC clearance is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the service design workstream across a large transformation programme.
• Drive As Is, To Be, and transition state design.
• Lead and develop a team of service designers and analysts.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Ensure service design activities align with programme delivery and business outcomes.
• Drive collaboration across multiple workstreams.

We are supporting a major transformation programme and are seeking an experienced Service Design Workstream Lead to take ownership of a critical workstream. This is a 6-month initial contract based in London with a hybrid working pattern of 1-2 days onsite per week. The rate is up to c£600 inside IR35 via umbrella.
