Senior Software Engineer

Salary: £80,000 - 90,000 per year

Requirements:

• 4+ years as a full-stack engineer, ideally with D2C or e-commerce experience.
• We have shipped A/B tests to production.
• We are comfortable with uncertainty and push hard to get things over the line.

Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of at least one core customer journey, from architecture through to post-release monitoring.
• Work closely with design and growth to design and implement experiments across acquisition, retention, and lifecycle.
• Continuously improve our area of ownership, both technically and from a growth perspective.
• Support fellow engineers across pods.

We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join one of our cross-functional product pods, working within a small, focused team of engineer, designer, and growth lead. This is a high-impact role with modern technology, daily deployments, lean CI/CD, and real ownership from day one. Our stack includes a monorepo architecture managed by Turborepo, with Next.js, PostgreSQL via Supabase, QStash, Redis, Sanity, Prisma, and Growthbook.
