Senior Product Manager

Salary: £90,000 - 90,000 per year

Requirements:

• We have extensive experience navigating iterative product development from early ideation and discovery through launch and optimisation, ideally within agile or value stream frameworks.
• We are tech-forward and AI-curious, with strong technological acumen and a genuine desire to leverage AI and GenAI frameworks to solve real-world user problems.
• We are data-driven and analytical, using tools like Amplitude, Looker, or Tableau to inform decisions and shape product strategy.
• We are a natural collaborator and influencer, able to unite cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders around a shared mission.
• We are an inspirational leader who leads by example and can balance design, technical, and commercial trade-offs.
• Experience in fintech or insurtech is a plus.
• We have a deep commitment to translating customer pain points into strong UX.

Responsibilities:

• We own the discovery, delivery, and roadmap for our online sales journey, continually optimising conversion flows and unlocking new audiences.
• We champion and integrate AI and GenAI technologies to create highly personalised, flexible, and intuitive landing and research experiences.
• We champion user-centered design to turn complex insurance products into a seamless online purchase journey.
• We lead a Build, Measure, Learn culture, driving continuous experimentation and accountability for conversion-to-purchase OKRs.
• We partner closely with engineering, data analytics, design, marketing, and insurance product teams to align on shared goals.
• We use commercial and technical judgment to make data-driven trade-offs between delivery speed and user experience.
