Senior ICT Analyst

Salary: £40,174 - 43,236 per year

Requirements:

• Experience delivering and supporting business-critical applications.
• Experience with Revenues & Benefits systems, with NEC highly desirable.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform.
• Knowledge of data integration, system connectivity, and technical project delivery.
• Familiarity with ITIL and Agile practices.

Responsibilities:

• Lead application delivery, system configuration, and platform optimisation.
• Administer cloud and on-premise applications.
• Deliver data migration, system integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Work closely with Senior Analysts and Project Managers using ITIL and Agile methodologies.

We are hiring a Senior ICT Analyst for a 6-month agency contract based in Lyndhurst, Hampshire, with a hybrid working arrangement of 50% office and 50% remote. This role supports a major digital transformation programme, with a focus on enhancing Revenues & Benefits systems, managing system configuration, working with suppliers and internal stakeholders, and supporting data migration, audits, and testing. The rate is equivalent to £40,174–£43,236 per annum pro rata. Key dates include a submission deadline of Wednesday 5 August and interviews in the week commencing 24 August.
