Senior Data and AI Governance Analyst

Salary: £50,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience contributing to the implementation and embedding of data governance within complex organisations
• Strong practical understanding of data governance and information architecture frameworks
• Ability to support change, engage stakeholders, and translate governance into business-relevant outcomes
• Solid technical understanding of data governance technologies and complex data environments
• Clear and effective communication and collaboration skills, working confidently across technical and business teams

• Help shape how data is governed across our global organisation
• Ensure strong data foundations that enable advanced analytics, AI, and regulatory confidence
• Work with senior stakeholders and influence enterprise-wide practices
• Stay close to practical delivery and see the real-world impact of our work across projects and business operations
• Build governance and regulatory expertise in an area of growing importance
• Position yourself as a trusted authority on data, risk, and AI readiness
