Job Description

Salary: £35,000 - 53,000 per year

Requirements:
  • Utilisation and advisory experience of industry-standard analysis skills and techniques within the business change and software development life-cycles.
  • Expertise in discovery phase activities, with the ability to work comfortably with ambiguity and shape and clarify needs to agree scope, manage requirements and backlogs, and structure statements of work.
  • Ability to drive the functional integrity of the overall solution, ensuring key elements of the business case are prioritised and satisfied by the business requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to transform complex ideas into clear narratives tailored to the audience.
  • Demonstrable commercial acumen, ensuring value is understood and scope and requirements are managed and aligned when making decisions or recommendations.
  • Natural inquisitiveness, with the ability to question others, collaborate, shape and confirm ideas, and solve problems creatively.
  • Ability to lead and mentor other business analysts, contribute to our Academy, and provide direction and guidance to stakeholders and project teams.
  • Experience delivering projects through a range of software development methodologies.
  • Experience with Lean, Systems Thinking, JTBD, or VMOST.
  • Experience across a range of business sectors and industries; healthcare experience or a passion for healthcare tech is desirable.
Responsibilities:
  • Help our clients understand the problem they are trying to solve by asking the right questions and tailoring our analysis approach to their needs.
  • Play a key role in our growing Business Analysis Practice by contributing to initiatives that move the practice forward.
  • Keep up with developments in the external analysis environment and share insights with the team.
  • Shape discovery-phase activities, clarify needs, agree scope, manage requirements and backlogs, and structure statements of work.
  • Drive the functional integrity of the overall solution and help ensure business requirements satisfy the business case.
  • Lead and mentor other business analysts, support our Academy, and guide stakeholders and project teams.
