Senior Architect

Salary: £45,000 - 48,000 per year

Requirements:

• We need an independent job runner with demonstrable experience taking projects from start to finish.
• We are looking for a Project Architect or Senior Architect.
• UK commercial project experience is ideal, although we will consider all backgrounds.
• Revit experience is essential.
• Experience working in a BIM ISO19650 environment is required.

Responsibilities:

• Lead projects from day one in a project leadership position.
• Take responsibility for your own work, your own team, and your own client representatives.
• Work on new build, refurbishment, and change of use projects across Government Justice Framework projects in the UK.
• Contribute to projects across education, residential, retail, commercial, and other sectors.
