SailPoint Support & Implementation Engineer

Salary: £30,000 - 50,000 per year

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or IdentityNow.
• Knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts.
• Experience with provisioning workflows, role management, and access certifications.
• Understanding of Java, BeanShell, SQL, XML, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience integrating Active Directory, LDAP, and enterprise applications.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of cloud IAM solutions and cybersecurity best practices.
• Experience in production support and implementation projects.
• SailPoint certification is an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure SailPoint IdentityIQ and IdentityNow solutions.
• Manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access certifications.
• Develop and maintain application integrations and connectors.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide L2/L3 support.
• Monitor identity governance processes and system performance.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements.
• Support audits, compliance, and access review activities.
• Prepare technical documentation and knowledge articles.
