Product Specialist (UK&I)

Salary: £55,000 - 55,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience within Healthcare or HealthTech is essential.
• Previous experience in a Product Specialist, Application Specialist, or Software Specialist role.
• Experience with software configuration and implementation.
• Experience writing or executing test scripts and UAT.
• Experience delivering customer training or onboarding.
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Around 3-4 years of commercial experience.
• Ability to solve problems and learn new technologies.
• Confidence working directly with customers.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with our Product and Project teams as the product expert our customers rely on.
• Configure our software during customer implementations.
• Deliver customer training and onboarding.
• Produce user guides, test scripts, and implementation documentation.
• Understand customer workflows and gather requirements.
• Feed customer feedback into our Product team to influence future development.
• Act as the first point of contact for product queries.
• Resolve configuration issues where possible and coordinate technical escalations when needed.
• Collaborate across Product, Projects, and Technical teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Support customers, with support forming a smaller part of the role than product work.

We are a rapidly growing HealthTech organisation offering a brand-new permanent Product Specialist role with a salary of up to £55,000 per annum DOE and benefits. This is a fully remote position for candidates based in the UK or Ireland, with occasional fully expensed travel to customer sites or our offices typically 1-2 times per month. We offer 25 days annual leave plus public holidays, increasing with service, and a flexible, supportive working environment.
