Product Delivery Director - Cloud Foundational Services

Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements:

• Significant experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications
• Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
• Experience in enterprise-wide release and deployment processes and strategies
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics
• Effective communication and team building skills
• Understanding of public cloud providers and capabilities, with AWS required
• Recognized thought leader within a related field
• Azure and GCP experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Direct principal activities across the end-to-end product delivery journey, including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
• Ensure adherence to our risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Maintain visibility over product timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
• Manage, coach, and mentor the product delivery team on best practices through collaborative discussions on resource management, dependency management, and deployment techniques to improve efficiencies
