Salary: £65,000 - 65,000 per year

Requirements:

• BSR registered at minimum 2F level
• Strong knowledge of Building Regulations
• Ability to manage our own workload
• Confident communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Assess building control applications from domestic to complex commercial projects
• Get involved in pre- and post-design discussions
• Review drawings and technical submissions
• Support compliance decisions and approvals
• Act as a trusted point of contact for clients and project teams
