Partner Solution Architect, Regional System Integrators and Strategic Partners

Salary: £160,000 - 200,000 per year

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
• Experience in public cloud architecture, including compute, networking, IAM, and microservices.
• Experience in pre-sales acceleration, managing technical proof of concepts (PoCs), and leading technical workshops.
• Experience in enterprise technology, buying and evaluation processes, and large-scale computing solutions.
• Business-to-technology translation skills needed to challenge partner delivery strategies.
• Ability to deliver results and work cross-functionally alongside direct Google Cloud Platform Customer Engineers.
• Ability to drive and influence Partner Tech audiences.
• Ability to identify expansion engagements within partner accounts.
• Ability to ensure accelerated agreement velocity with zero partner-delivery escalations on Partner-led delivery agreements.
• Deep domain specialization in AI, Data, or Infrastructure, with expert-level depth in one or more domains.

Responsibilities:

• Drive VIP, red-carpet bootcamps and hackathons for our partners to accelerate business cycles and ensure high-quality on-time delivery.
• Provide targeted pre-sales architectural support for RSIs and strategic partners in South, acting as a technical peer to Account CEs to unblock complex agreements or customize partner activation.
• Lead the tech review and validation of the highest-impact Statements of Work (SOWs) to ensure a strict path to production and secure Partner funding Return on Investment (ROI).
• Serve as the regional pre-sales design authority by authoring baseline enterprise replicable assets, such as functional AI demos.
• Lead deep-dive technical sessions and hackathons for the regional Partner Tech Community to broadcast enablement one-to-many.
• Contribute to building, running, and maintaining the EMEA Partner Tech Community.
• Serve as the pre-sales solution design authority for our priority Regional System Integrators and strategic partners across EMEA.
• Work in close collaboration with Partner Development Managers to create, drive, and execute a joint business plan.
• Focus on the most impactful engagements across the sub-region.
• Move from regional advisory to deep, domain-specific execution in AI, Data, or Infrastructure to capture the pre-sales gap and deflect post-sales delivery.
