Requirements:

• IT qualification
• Three years experience diagnosing and repairing IT equipment
• Experience troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns
• A proven record of being reliable and accountable in all aspects of the job
• Proficiency with computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook is an advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed, entrepreneurial environment
• Resourceful and able to work independently

Responsibilities:

• We troubleshoot, diagnose, maintain, and repair designated equipment including laptop and desktop devices, including AiO
• We ensure best-practice standards and common sense are always applied
• We use escalation and support processes to resolve service delivery issues
• We work as part of the local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within our assigned area
• We lift and carry parts weighing up to 25 kg
• We adhere to current regulatory requirements
• We complete employee administration tasks and meet deadlines, including overtime, expenses, and mileage declarations
